Grigory Goncharsky has extensive experience in corporate law, joint ventures, digital assets, venture capital, private equity, M&A, intellectual property, real estate and complex commercial projects.
Before founding StartupLawyer.VC, Grigory served as Head of Legal at Inventure Partners, where he worked on the structuring and implementation of investment and exit transactions involving technology companies, online platforms and international digital businesses.
Earlier in his career, he held senior legal roles at Nafta Moskva and worked at leading international law firms Clifford Chance and Denton Wilde Sapte.
